1) @Saint Francis & Co and I have decided for the sake of logistics that all 2022 MLB draft picks will be ineligible for the midseason draft. This is already the case for the vast majority, since a player must be signed with an organization before becoming eligible. This just prevents any random early signings from affecting our draft. These players will be eligible in the offseason draft.

As a reminder, players who were drafted in the inaugural draft and subsequently cut are not eligible for the draft. These players will only become eligible (assuming they have not accrued MLB playing time) in the off-season.
We will use the same system that we used during the inaugural draft. I will repost the procedures 48 hours in advance.

The order of the draft will be determined by the standings (in reverse order) at the time the draft starts.
As we did during the inaugural prospect draft, we will be “locking” auctions for all draft eligible players via Ottoneu 48 hours before the start of the draft (i.e. July 16th at 12pm).

If you choose to cut said prospect, you will incur the standard $1 cap penalty.
