• Yes, Commish can lock out managers from the draft. It allows them to exclude Managers that are not online from waiting 30seconds as their turn comes around (for example I doubt Big Papi will join today for one player) but it also forces those with few spots on "waiting" till the $1 end of draft to start nominating. I will monitor those who do not nominate within their time allotted. Not hard assed but trying to keep it fair for all.

• Hi and welcome! your predecessor did do some cuts up until the 26th but then did not renew the team. So I have no problem for you to settle in and next week I will open up your team for a single round of Penalty free cuts if there are more you want to clear out. We do not have a discord or slack chat group, but you will find that this is a pretty active trading league (certainly one of the more active ones I'm on. If fact if you haven't already received an offer from Hawk I would be surprised!

• Two teams are left to renew Memphis and Send It, not worried as both have been active cutting . Looking forwards to Auction Dates. Historically this Leagues has drafted on third/ fourth weekend of March. That would mean the weekend of 15/16 if we want to include the two games in Tokyo on March 18th and 19th or the weekend of 22/23. Does anyone have strong feelings either way? As the benevolent dictator that I am I will go with the flow but I was going to "pencil in" Mar 22 at 3pm PST

There are a number of good "starter Guides" that helped me when i started Pitcher's List , and, of course Fangraphs/Rotographs are invaluable. • Hyanis (and of course Big Papi) did not participate in in the Arbitration process. Yeli told me by email that he is abandoning the team but very kindly did go through with the arbitration process. I will wait two more days and mark Hyannis and Yeli as abandoned. DO spread the word. This is a fun active league and deserves good managers
