I've put a few feelers out to see if I can round up an owner or two, will update here if I hear anything back.

Also tagging on that we are running the risk of possibly having to disband if we cannot fill the league. If the league is abandoned early enough we all get our entry fee. Obviously I want the league to continue but just putting it out there that it is a very real possibility. We're so close to Opening Day now that I even fear filling the league and trying to draft could result in scheduling conflicts.

So unless I'm missing something there is no way to do 10 teams. I think Ottoneu by design is 12 team?

A couple days ago 2 people responded to my forum post saying they are interested. It doesn't look like they claimed teams yet so we'll see in the next couple days maybe. We can start throwing around draft dates so we can schedule them once we get filled so please feel free to let me know days and times that work for everyone.

I am ok with prospective owners from wherever we can get them. We had the one person show interest that never followed up so Twitter or wherever else: totally ok with that if you have a way of getting people. No one has replied to the forum post I made.

First of all, very sorry to hear about your hand injury. Hope it heals soon. Regarding the league, I would think that since the CBA has been signed that interest will be picking back up for leagues and teams. I can post something on twitter if you like. Not sure what to say or give a link. Any thoughts?

With the season back on, we are still 3 owners short. I got zero responses after posting the opening. I also just suffered a very serious hand injury at work which makes typing this very difficult. I am not sure what to do as we inch closer to the season with 3 teams not filled.

One individual responded to my post on the boards looking for new owners. They were interested in taking Gnomes but haven't claimed yet. Assuming they do, we still need 2 owners so again if you know anyone interested let me know and we'll get them set up. With the lockout making things what they are, I'm not really worried about a draft date yet. Especially with so many key free agents left. We have time to find new owners.

Hey all - just wanted to say that it's been awesome being part of this league the last few seasons. I recently started working for an MLB team (LAA) so I'll need to step down as GM of Marble Ryu. Thankfully my dad and brother (each with one Ottoneu season under their belts) have agreed to co-manage the team moving forward. I know they'll enjoy this group - thanks to all for keeping it competitive. Cheers!

I just checked it's January 31 for everyone. Also, there's two owners that haven't logged in since July and October respectively so it certainly looks possible we will be needing more than one new owner depending on if they are coming back.

Nothing on my end yet. If anyone knows someone looking to get into a league, have them sign up on Ottoneu and forward me their username so I can add them to the open team. If we don't get a bite within the next week or so, I'll probably just open the league up so anyone can join.
Additionally, make sure you renew your team if you're looking to stick around. The deadline is coming up and I'm not sure if it's universal or based on joining, but I'm assuming everyone is around the sa

The individual that was going to take over Choo's team decided to not join after all. If anyone knows someone that would be interested in becoming an owner in the league, please let me know. All they have to do is create an account for Ottoneu and then I can automatically assign them to Choo's team.

Ryu will be stepping down as owner and handing their team off to two individuals who will be comanaging. Choo will also be leaving the league and we currently have someone interested in taking over so there should be no lapse in ownership. If anyone else won't be returning please let me know as soon as you can.
Above all else, thanks to everyone for being a part of this league whether you're staying or leaving and I hope you all enjoy your holiday season!

Congrats to Peaky for the hometown WS victory! But absolutely brutally terrible for a Phillies fan. First the Nats, then the Dodgers, now the Braves in consecutive years. Ugggghhhhh. Baseball is gross.
