Also I have a prospective owner for giants fan, if anyone has any issues with me adding the new owner let me know by end of week. We also still need to replace zino and Zach so if anyone knows someone who wants that team let me know.

Any other potential updates must be proposed prior to the start of arbitration, and approved by the league. So, unless there are more than 3 teams that oppose the changes below, or other changes suggested, we will update the constitution the day after arbitration commences

Second, we will add rule IV i. No Ottoneu auctions for MiLB draft eligible players may be started during the MiLB draft. Any MiLB eligible players added with an auction started during the MiLB draft will be cut(penalty free) from the team that adds him

- MLB Rookie of the Year eligible (i.e., has less than 130 MLB At Bats [if hitter], 50 IP [if pitcher], and has less than 45 days of MLB service time)
- Any player on the MiLB Roster may be called up at any time (i.e., added to the Ottoneu primary 40 man roster); however, he must be added to the primary roster once he accumulates more than 130 AB (if hitter), 50 IP (if pitcher), or accumulates 45 MLB service days.

Agreed that we likely need some small tweaks to the rules, so unless anyone objects we will make the following changes. First, there are two references to the 45 day service time rule in the constitution, which will be removed.

I'm happy to stick around through arbitration if a new owner isn't in place. I'd suggest amending the MiLB eligibility to just the AB and IP maximums rather than trying to consider service days. I was never able to find a good in-season source for that and it was pretty time consuming (and potentially inexact) to figure that out independently using Rotoworld to track promotions and demotions. I'd also suggest codifying the rules we've incorporated (e.g., no MiLB auctions during the draft).

Hoping to have the teams filled before it's over, otherwise I guess we'll either have a proxy do it or leave them out of it. That decision will be voted on. I'm also open to other suggestions.

Cosby, how were you thinking of handling arbitration for the teams that are leaving? Zino and potentially Giants?

Ok, Restricted Players should align with the rosters on the MiLB Google Doc. Please take some time to confirm as it will be much easier to update now than wait until there is confusion in the off season or later.

I have created a new MiLB roster Google sheet, and migrated the League Constitution into it. Please let me know if you see any issues or are unable to access. Also please check the restricted players list in Ottoneu, your MiLB players should be noted with your team name. I will be updating the Service time over the rest of the season, so if you have any players on your MiLB roster who have exhausted rookie eligibility let me know whether you would like to drop them or add to your Otto roster
